2026 & 2027 Events and Conferences

All abstracts reporting the results of an IMPAACT study must be reviewed by co-authors, protocol teams (and pharmaceutical representatives, if applicable), and the IMPAACT Publications Group (impaact.pubscoord@frontierscience.org) before submission to a conference. For conferences with a large number of abstracts expected (e.g., AIDS, CROI), the draft abstract must be submitted to the publications coordinator at least ten (10) working days prior to the deadline for the abstract to be submitted to the conference organizer. For other conferences, the draft abstract must be submitted at least five (5) working days prior to the conference submission deadline. Co-author and applicable team review must be completed prior to submitting to the publications coordinator. Please refer to Section 19 of the MOP (specifically 19.6 and 19.8) for information on the review process.
