Summary
IMPAACT 2052 is a multisite, open-label, non-randomized proof-of-concept study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of a novel AAV-vectored broadly neutralizing antibody, AAV9-10-1074LS, in infants living with HIV receiving standard antiretroviral therapy. Participants will be followed for approximately two years after receiving AAV9-10-1074LS. Site selection for this study has not yet occurred.
